Statement of Compliance

KLS Digital Solutions Limited ("Company") maintains compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations.

Custodian of Records

Record-Keeping Practices

All content creators ("Performers") on the SovereignChat platform are required to provide valid government-issued photographic identification prior to publishing any content. The Company verifies that all performers are at least 18 years of age at the time of content production.

For each performer, the Company maintains the following records:

• Legal name as shown on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• All stage names, aliases, and performer names used on the Platform
• Type and issuing country of identification document
• Date of verification

These records are cross-referenced by both legal name and performer name, and are available for inspection as required by law.

Age Verification

In addition to document-based identity verification for performers, all users of the Platform (including fans and viewers) are required to complete biometric age verification through Yoti before accessing any content. This dual-layer verification ensures that both content producers and consumers are verified as adults.

Record Retention

Records are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last publication of content by the performer, or five (5) years after the Company ceases operations, whichever is later.

Content Scope

This compliance statement applies to all visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct produced by, or hosted on, the SovereignChat platform.
