DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

KLS Digital Solutions Limited ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the SovereignChat platform to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK copyright law.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our DMCA Agent containing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
• Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

The Company will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. A user will be considered a repeat infringer if they receive three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period.

6. Content Protection

The Platform employs forensic watermarking technology to deter unauthorised distribution of content. Watermarks contain anonymised viewer identification data that can be used to trace the source of leaked content.

7. Piracy Reporting

Creators who discover their content has been distributed without authorisation outside the Platform should report it to dmca@sovereignchat.uk. We will assist with takedown efforts where possible.
